Groundbreaking: New Swimming Pool for Israel Border Guard
A groundbreaking ceremony was hosted by the Office of the Israel Police Commissioner and military dignitaries for the construction of a swimming pool for the soldiers of the Israel Border Guard. The generous donation from Pastor Robert and Carol Hooley and the congregation of Bethel Biblical was recognized during the groundbreaking ceremony.
