How to deal with the stress and provocations that will occur in the end-times. Mat 24:4-8, tells of coming events; vrs 9 & 10 speak to the more personal occurances of tribulation, offence and provocation; these all need to be guarded against, Gal 5:26, Col 3:21, 1 Cor 13:5; A fruit of the Spirit is temperance, which helps us with these. Ps 141:3-5, a prayer to guard against provocation, turn it to God and recieve a special annointing on our life. The story of Abigail meeting David is a great illustration, 1 Sam 25:1-35
